Advance Capital, the Russian investment bank, is pleased to announce completion of the sale of 100% stake in Digit One Ltd., a large telecommunication operator, which provides Internet access, telephone, television and data transferring services in Moscow, the Moscow Region, Krasnodar and Tver. The new owner of the company is Alma Group. This transaction is indicative of recently increased interest for consolidation of fixed telecommunication operators by the leading market participants. 

Advance Capital appeared as the exclusive financial consultant for the seller in this transaction. As a result of the deal, Advance Capital representatives stepped down from the positions of the Company’s Board of Directors chairman and members.
