Advance Capital announces the completion of the transaction for the sale of 75% of the ADV Group
ADV Group is one of the largest Russian holding companies with a full range of marketing services and more than 20 years of experience in the Russian market.
As a result of the transaction, the founder and the majority shareholder Dmitry Korobkov has left the capital of the Group. The stake was acquired by his business partners.
As part of the process, Advance Capital represented the interests of the selling party.
According to Evgeny Antipov, Managing Director of Advance Capital, who directly oversaw the transaction, “this variant of the Transaction was the most optimal in terms of the timing of the Transaction and the further development of the Group without any negative changes for its clients or employees in the Russian advertising market.”
Advance Capital also acted as the Group's financial advisor throughout 2021-2022 on a number of strategic development areas.
